 Jēkabpils culture establishments offer different possibilities for spending free time: exhibitions, conferences, spiritual and classical music concerts, theatre, choreography, dance, leisure and entertainment activities.

Jēkabpils Folk theatre and Krustpils theatre are highly appreciated in Latvia as well abroad. Jēkabpils city art groups have participated in festivals and concerts in Poland, Germany, United Kingdom, Spain, Denmark and Greece.

The senior dance group “KRUSTPILIETIS” founded 18 years ago is an active one. It performs folk as well as ball dance, ready to perform in Latviaand abroad. The group consists of 20 dancers.
