Advise the residents of the procedure for applying for local government services, the order of things and necessary documents;

Register customer applications, claims and proposals;

Review and regularly update the information regarding the City Council’s structural units, local government authorities and bodies and services provided by these, or amendments to the procedure for applying for these services;

Manage and update the database regarding the working hours of the institutions, their appointment times, or the relevant amendments to these, as well as the relevant procedures and documents that need to be submitted when dealing with the particular issue;

Advise of the City Council structure, and staff competencies and authorities;

Advise the public of the legal aspects of the services;

Advise of the local government authorities and organisations;

Advise of public authorities (locations, functions and telephone numbers);

Advise as to how to complete the applications;

Monitor the flow and account for all verbal and written residential/business applications, claims and proposals;

Register residential applications and claims, and enter these into the database along with the letters addressed to the City Council and issued by other public authorities and various organisations. 

Provide consulting as to use and availability of the PC kiosk. The OSA visitors shall be provided free-of-charge access to the PC’s and Internet.
